Alternative Energy Fuel
The Bureau seeks to hire a qualified vendor to provide pricing and timetables to bring Alternative Energy Fuel sources to State Facilities for co-generation or tri-generation development to replace the existing heating system. Alternative Energy Fuel sources could include but are not limited to Natural Gas, Natural Gas By-Products, Bio-Mass, and Wood Pellets.
We are seeking bids for two sites. We are seeking a co-generation plant to provide the heating needs and to meet partially or completely the electrical demands of each facility. Vendors may bid on Site A, Site B or both facilities. Separate bids, clearly identified as to which option is being bid, must be submitted.
