Alterations to Remove Wall in Suite 360
Work includes, but is not limited to: contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform removal of approximately (180) square feet of ceiling high gypsum board wall, removing (1) 120 volt duplex outlet, remove (2) data outlets, removing and relocation existing hot and cold domestic water pipes, relocating (1) thermostat, removal of approximately 270 square feet of existing ceiling tile and grid, removal of (1) hollow metal door frame and solid core wood door, removal of (1) existing light switch, construct a new drywall partition pipe chase, approximately (10) square feet in size along and existing column to allow for new water pipe location, contractor shall install approximately (270) square feet of new 2'x4' suspended ceiling tile and grid. Contractor provide labor and materials to relocate (1) HVAC thermostat and connect, the newly enlarged conference room to this thermostat, contractor shall layout existing light fixtures in new ceiling tile and grid, connect all light fixtures in the new conference room to the (1) light switch coming in the conference room from the hallway. All work will be performed at the Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The solicitation will be issued on September 5, 2019 at www.fbo.gov, with offers due on September 26, 2019. Anticipated award date is October 10, 2019. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
