All-Terrain Vehicle Attribute Modification Study
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to procure measurement and testing investigations into modifications that can be made to all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and how those modifications affect vehicle stability. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM ALL TESTS NOTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for vehicle measurement characteristics as stated in the attached statement of work. The following provisions and clauses are enclosed in the solicitation attachment: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2014. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 541380 and 500 respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
