All Hands Outreach Marketing Campaign

The Department is undertaking a statewide public outreach and marketing campaign to be known as All Hands meetings. This campaign will involve several public meetings during which the Department will make presentations and seek input from the public on veteran issues. This format is a new approach for the Department and as such we are seeking consultation services to assist with the development and implementation of a template to assist the Department with successful implementation of future All Hands meetings.
