All Access Pass for Army Research Lab Training
The United States Army Futures Command - Army Research Laboratory (ARL) intends to issue a contract for 200 All Access Pass (AAP) holders for support of training. This unlimited access will provide access to training and development materials for the trained/certified individuals of ARL. These AAP hollers will be allowed access to all content required to facilitate training in order to meet the unique needs of each individual office. We intend to issue the contract to Franklin-Covey Client Sales, 2200 Parkway Blvd, Salt Lake City, Utah 84119 in order to provide access to organization assessments, individual assessments, leadership and personal development training and services for the duration of one 12-month period. The award will be issued under the Statutory Authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1) Use of noncompetitive procedures.
The requirement provides access to assessment services, training materials, and follow up and coaching services to each recipient AAP holder and will be awarded under NAICS 611430, Standard Size $11,000,000 and PSC U0009.
The estimated value of the contract is $43,040.00 and this includes the value of each AAP holder's access and supplies required for classroom presentation which is approximately $8,390.00 of the total price. The total potential value will be $43,040.00 and will be awarded. This requirement is pending the availability of funding; thus, no award shall be issued until funding has been certified.
