Ali Al Salem Vehicle Lease
The 386 Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (386 ECONS) has a requirement for the lease of non-tactical vehicles located at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait. The 386 ECONS intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5 year ordering period. The place of performance will be Ali Al Salem Kuwait. The minimum guaranteed award amount is set at 2,765 KWD. The contractor shall have an active CAGE code, and DUNS number at the time of proposal submission. The contract will contain DFARS 252.232-7006 Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions, the contractor shall have the ability to be register and process payments through (https://wawf.eb.mil/). In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12) the proposed contract action is by a Defense agency and the proposed contract action will be made and performed outside the United States and its outlying areas, and only local sources will be solicited. The local area is defined as the ability to conduct and perform business within the country of Kuwait while abiding by all Kuwaiti business laws.

Additional questions will be answered via updated Q&A document being uploaded to this solicitation every Friday after this posting (November 23, 30, December 7). The submission deadline for all additional questions to be answered is 7 December 2018, with final answers being uploaded on 14 December 2018.
