Alert Pilot Gym
Requirement to purchase fitness equipment for the Alert facility. Due to limited space, equipment specifications must be as close to the description as possible. Equipment must be able to be disassembled and reassembled with normal hand tools to fit through standard 36" doorway. Equipment must be commercial grade for use in a commercial fitness facility. Rogue Fitness, ProMaxima, Free Motion, and Elite FTS equipment are brands used as a reference. Please see attachment for further equipment guidance. The part number provided describes the level of quality, size of item and a brand name or equal reference guide. Price shall include delivery to the destination listed below. Please deliver all new items FOB Destination to: Bldg. 31, NAS JRB New Orleans, LA 70143. Loading dock is available during Tuesday - Fridays except holidays. Contractor will call customer to coordinate delivery time using dock and or installation (option) at the specified gym site.
Please include all warranty info included expressly, to include any necessary enrollment (the enrollment will be completed by the manufacturer or distributor)
