This is a request for open market pricing.
All items are to be quoted FOB Destination.
Quotes must be submitted by Monday, December 4, 2017, 12:00pm PST, to Erik Cisneros, via fax to (213) 894-5335 or email to erik_cisneros@cacp.uscourts.gov. Hand carried quotes must be submitted by the same date and time. Submit a quotation by using the attached RFQ Worksheet.
A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the over all lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Lowest priced offer includes the total combined cost of the base and option years. The Judiciary reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative prices, it is in the Judiciary's best interest to do so. Unless otherwise specified in the solicitation, the offeror may propose to provide any item or combination of items.
Service shall cover Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
