Marin Institute has a long track record of successfully countering the alcohol industrys negative practices. Thanks in part to a successful campaign to increase the taxes assessed on alcopops in California, Marin Institute is fast becoming a national leader in alcohol tax policy.
Marin Institute is seeking to hire an economics expert on a part-time, long-term contract basis. The contractor will report to the Research and Policy Director. Telecommuting is ok, but regular phone and in-person meetings are required.
