(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number 14-235-SOL-00015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74.
(iv) The NAICS code is 611691 and the size standard is $7,000,000.
(v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule. (attached as technical exhibit #2)
(vi) The contractor shall provide all services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). (attached)
(vii) The period of performance is September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015.
(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition (attached).
(ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (attached).
(x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (attached).
(xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (attached).
