Alcan LPOE, O&M-Janitorial and Related Services
This action is to synopsize the need for Operations and Maintenance Services and Janitorial and Related Services (Jan/Mech), at the Alcan US Land Port of Entry. This port is located 90 miles from Tok Alaska, and approximately 275 from Fairbanks. It is a remote port, with unique services required. This port has several sewage pools, a reverse osmosis water treatment plant, and is self contained by three generators. There is on site housing, and the solicitation will include rental pricing for use of the two units designated for contracted staff.
