The Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development (Commerce), Office of Economic Development, is soliciting detailed proposals from contractors interested in conducting two types of surveys of Alaska's visitors that will accurately define the number, composition, expenditures, and opinions of visitors to Alaska. One survey will be a comprehensive survey that will cover the period between May 1, 2006 and April 30, 2007. The second survey will be a less comprehensive survey for three 12-month periods.
