The Alaska Ocean Observing System supports a web portal for Alaska ocean and coastal data and information products. This RFP requests proposals for two sets of services: (1) Data Management and Communication Services (up to $400k per year for 5 yrs) and (2) User Product Development Services (up to $150k per year for a 1-5 year period, with $100k available in year 1).
