An environmental contractor will work with existing stakeholders to assemble pre-existing environmental data and
existing reports to form a library; perform environmental field work as needed to fill in gaps in existing studies for
use in support of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) effort (by others), participate in the preparation of
environmental related permit applications, and be available as needed to support the permitting effort. The
various work deliverables are due over a two year time span, June 2009 through May 2010.
