Alaska Disaster Community Hazard Mitigation Project Application Development
The State Department of Military and Veterans Affairs / Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management seeks a contractor to assist identified communities in the declared disaster area (DR-1843) with the development of full hazard mitigation grant program (HMGP) project applications. The project is funded for approx. six (6) months from the date of agreement and will involve travel to several different remote Alaskan communities.
