This is a sources sought Request for Information (RFI) from Army Contracting Command - Colorado Springs (ACC-COS), Contracting & Acquisition Management Office (CAMO), 350 Vandenberg Street, Peterson AFB, CO 80914. The ACC-COS, CAMO, is seeking information from small business firms that are interested and capable of providing alarm response services (unarmed contractor personnel on-site response to IDS annunciations (alarms)) for 2525 Aviation Way and 1555 Newport Rd facilities, Colorado Springs, CO, 80916 when IDS annunciations (alarms) occur at those facilities during non-business hours (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.) Monday through Friday, and during weekends and designated federal holidays; for the period 01 February 2019 through 31 January 2024 in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Based on historical response information, it is expected that the small business contractor would be required to respond to not more than 5 calls (notifications of IDS annunciations (alarms)) per month between each of the locations combined. Contractor response personnel would have to have, at a minimum, a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1). Contractor response personnel would have to arrive to the site within 15 minutes of notification of an IDS annunciation (alarm) and remain at site until relieved by Government representative; however the contractor response personnel would not be required to remain on site exceeding 60 minutes after arrival.

The period of performance would be 01 February 2019 through 31 January 2024 (basic one year period plus four 1-year option periods).
Responses to this RFI should include the following:
- Qualifications, capabilities, and previous experience as related to the services described above.
- Type labor classifications your firm would use to provide the alarm response services.
- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price estimates for the alarm response services per year through 31 January 2024 including monthly rates and manhours per year, and type labor classifications and labor rates.
- Business CAGE code, business size status (large or small), socioeconomic status if you're a small business (SBA certified 8A Program participant, SBA certified small disadvantaged business (SDB), SBA certified HUB Zone firm, service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), woman-owned small business (WOSB), veteran owned business, or economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB)).
- Also, if the ROM costs or prices are based on providing the alarm response services under your GSA contract or other government contract, then please reference that government contract number in your response. Otherwise, reference open-market in your response if those ROM costs or prices are based on providing the alarm response services under open-market pricing and terms and conditions.
