This is a Sources Sought Notice.  This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.  The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition.  The NAICS code is 339112 and the Size Standard is 1,000 employees.  Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. 

Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) is seeking a qualified source to provide hospital grade humidifier/high flow device (Airvo2 or equivalent) to deliver the high flow rates and stay heated while MOVING PATIENTS from the ER to ICU or CT scans, etc.  The humidifier shall be set up with a concise battery pack to transport with ease.

Type of Contract - The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract.

Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact, and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your service offerings and options.  Responses should also include a capability statement to address the Contract Requirements identified above.  Written submissions shall be sent to the attention of Mr. Tae Kim, email: tae.h.kim76.civ@mail.mil. ; Telephone responses will not be accepted.  Responses must be received no later than 19 March 2018 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
