Airport Terminal Car Rental Concession

The objective of this RFP is to select the most qualified, experienced firms,
hereinafter “Proposer” or “Sublessee” for the purpose of operating an airport
terminal car rental concession at Metropolitan Airport in
conformance with federal, state, and county rules and regulations. The
County will select the firm which is most responsible, responsive and
qualified. The terms of the Contract will be based on a square footage rate
for counter space, vehicle spaces, percentage of monthly gross sales, and a
minimum guarantee to the Airport through the initial contract period. This car
rental firm will provide a year round car rental concession in a businesslike
manner to serve those passengers traveling into and out of the Stockton
Metropolitan Airport and the general public.
