Airport Media Buying Services
The Authority is requesting proposals from County-based marketing firms to provide certain marketing services to the Airport.
This solicitation is a request for proposals for a single firm to provide media
buying services.
The firm will be chosen based upon an evaluation of experience, qualifications, and
proven performance of ability to recommend effective media buying services
relevant to the Airport’s needs. References from clients (current and recent past),
media outlets and vendors will also be considered.
The chosen firm will be responsible for a variety of media buying services, including
but not limited to: TV, radio, billboards, print ads, and will be expected to make cost
effective, strategically placed media buys. Also, the firm will be expected to provide
periodic reports that evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the projects under
their responsibility. Based on the response from the Request for Proposals, the
selection committee may produce a short list of firms to be interviewed.
