Airline Realignment Tenant Improvements
The Work includes minor demolition of existing office spaces; Construction of approximately 10,000 square feet of tenant improvements to airline ticketing offices, airline ramp operational offices, and one airline baggage service office; new ticket counters; Communication pathways to ticketing kiosk locations; Construction of new communications rooms with conduit and wiring connections to existing communications rooms; Communication pathways and mounting for radio antennas on roofs. Construction of exterior storage space. All work shall include electrical, communications, plumbing, mechanical, and fire sprinklers as shown on the contract documents.
