Airline Charter Services
Please submit your bid to provide airline charter service for the University Football Team during the 2010 football season, for fiscal year 2010-2011. Any and all surcharges will be paid upon return from trip. This is for return trips only. All trips return to Monroe Regional Airport (MLU) from game site.
Heavy athletic beverage service (Powerade and bottle water) is expected on all return trips. Must have 24 hour duty officer, flight following services, and ramp side loading and un-loading via seating chart.
Airline must have a fleet of at least five (5) air planes for contingency purpose. Bidder must provide the University proof of aircraft availability directly from the airline immediately upon request. Airline must have experience with providing service to collegiate and/or professional teams. Current references from past two years should be provided with bid.
