Airline Charter Services
Please submit your bid to provide airline charter service for the University Football Team during the 2010 football season, for fiscal year 2010-2011. All flights to originate from Monroe, LA (MLU), and return from site landed on previous day. All trips are to be round trip, non-stop. Any and all surcharges will be paid upon return from trip. University requires aircraft to remain overnight at arrival airports.
Heavy athletic beverage service (Powerade and bottle water) is expected on out-going and return trips. Must have 24 hour duty officer, flight following services, and ramp side loading and un-loading via seating chart.
Airline must have a fleet of at least five (5) air planes for contingency purpose. Bidder must provide the University proof of aircraft availability directly from the airline immediately upon request. Airline must have experience with providing service to collegiate and/or professional teams.
