The New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) has a requirement for Aircrew Life Vests manufactured by Capewell Aerial Systems, brand name only. This acquisition is reserved only for Small Business concerns; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 - Clothing, individual equipment & insignia, the size standard is 500 employees. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quotation for this solicitation must have a current registered in System for Award Management (SAM), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov. 


 
A solicitation for this requirement will be available immediately on Federal Business Opportunities website. All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. All questions and/or Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to the details of the requierment, or the solicitation itself, will be accepted up until 2:00 PM August 2, 2019. 
Any questions and/or RFI received after the deadline may not be answered or acknowledged.


The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract resulting from the solicitation. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. After a contract for this requirement has been awarded, all invoicing will only be accepted through Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil). Therefore, all offerors must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow.
