SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The 124th Fighter Wing Contracting Office - Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing Aircraft Sun Shades located at Gowen Field Air National Guard Base, Boise, Idaho, as specified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, installation, and materials necessary to install aircraft sun shades as specified in the SOW. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. NAICS code is 332311. Size standard is 750 employees. The contract will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified small business. This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing a solicitation. This is anticipated to be an FY18 requirement. The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain an indication of interest from SDVOSB businesses, determine any interest from the small business community, and obtain any voluntary limited capability information from those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. Based on the information currently available the Government anticipates fulfilling this requirement through an SDVOSB set-aside. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary.

This is not a request for technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source and capable of meeting the entire requirement without failure please provide the following voluntary information: 1) Company name and Point of Contact; 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Socioeconomic Status (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.), if applicable; 4) GSA Schedule Contract Holder Information, to include contract number, if applicable; and 5) A brief Statement of Capability (no more than 5 pages); which demonstrates the ability to meet the requirement. Please provide capability statements via email to Jeffrey.j.dehaven.mil@mail.mil and Mr. Thomas Guyer at Thomas.r.guyer.civ@mail.mil. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. No feedback will be provided regarding individual capabilities statements. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
