The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Richmond is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR 5. The solicitation is intended to be restricted to small businesses. The population includes Critical Safety items, FATs, PLTs, and surge requirements. The items are coded as 1G, data will be available via C-Folders when the solicitation is issued.
