Amendment 0001:

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the proposal submission date from 22 July 2019 to 05 August 2019, 3:00 PM EST.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.


Solicitation N68335-19-R-0097 is hereby released. 

This solicitation is for the procurement, modification, and upgrades of common bomb racks, peculiar bomb racks, missile launchers, adapters, and related support for United States Navy/United States Marine Corps platforms. The appropriation provides for procurement of repaired and /or upgraded Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE) to replace attrition losses and provide for production engineering support with the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).  A five (5) year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) will be issued to Offerors that successfully meet the evaluation criteria.

This program includes information that is subject to release restrictions, including Export Controlled information, and as such, those Documents listed in Section J will not be posted on the FedBizOpps webpage. Offerors interested in providing responses to the AAE Repair/Upgrade Program Solicitation must submit requests for unclassified non-public information to Contract Specialist, Shannan Germond (shannan.germond@navy.mil). The request shall include the following information in order to verify credentials:

1.      Valid DD 2345;

2.      CAGE code;

3.      Company name and address;

4.      Name and telephone number of points of contact for any necessary clarifications;


Upon review and verification of your written request, the requested attachments will be provided to the Data Custodian listed on the DD 2345.
