Intra-Caribbean - San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU), to / from St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (STT), and San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU), to / from St. Croix, Virgin Islands (STX) AIR TRANSPORTATION
The United States Postal Service is seeking air transportation and ancillary services to include all line-haul, ground handling, and terminal handling services in support of mail delivery between (1) San Juan (SJU), Puerto Rico, and St. Thomas (STT), Virgin Islands and (2) San Juan (SJU), Puerto Rico, and St. Croix (STX), Virgin Islands.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Postal Service's Supplying Principles and Practices. Potential offerors are asked to submit responses that satisfy all requirements included in the attached solicitation documents. Please reference "Provision 4-1 Addendum: Required Information," for detailed information regarding proposal content and submission requirements.
Offerors must supply all required proposal information to be considered for contract award. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00pm Eastern, on Friday, June 27, 2014. All questions must be presented in writing, and addressed to Mathew J. Da Silva, at [email protected], no later than 5:00 pm Eastern, on Tuesday, June 10, 2014.
A Pre-Proposal Conference (via WebEx) is scheduled from 2:00pm - 4:00pm Eastern, on Friday, June 13, 2014.
