The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to solicit for U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for operational and logistical support services consisting of all managerial, supervisory, administrative and technical support; equipment, tools, materials and other items and services, and other personnel necessary to accomplish Air Traffic Control Operations, Air Terminal Services, Transient Line Services, Ground Support Equipment Maintenance and Ground Electronics Maintenance Services. This requirement will be solicited as full and open competition. Period of performance will a one-year base period with four (4) one year options.
Industry day is scheduled for 28 February 2015 b 2 March 2015 specific details of the Industry day will be provided to those interested in attending.
Attendance will be at the expense of the offeror. Visitors to the Naval Station will be required to fill out a Naval Station Entry Clearance Request. Please email your interest to attend the industry day no later than 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on 2 February 2015, to francesca.c.jemmott@navy.mil AND anthony.laury@navy.mil. Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided is a DRAFT ONLY and provided to give a general idea of the requirement. Information provided in the DRAFT PWS are subject to change.

Solicitation will be posted to NECO on or around 13 March 2015. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type contract. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO web site: www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities under solicitation number N6883615R0015.

Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the NECO web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted on the referenced web site.
