Air Survey Helicopter Services
The State is soliciting quotes for a vendor to Furnish a helicopter with the capability to carry a minimum of two (2) observers and pilot to conduct eight (8) aerial surveys in the County. The configuration of the helicopter seating must be such that both observers have adequate forward visibility and good side visibility, and communication equipment shall provide for clear and reliable communication between all occupants at all times.
