1. The solicitation will result a single award and a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the small business size standard is $15 Million. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business.
2. The intended contract period is Base plus Two (4) Option Years Period. The Base Year award date: 06/29/2018 06/29/2019.
3. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/.
