Air Handler Unit

Correctional Facility has an existing air handler that needs to be
replaced. The new unit will need to fit in the existing space of 12' 3 1/2"
long by 15' 7 1/2" wide and a floor to ceiling height of 12' 3 1/2". This
project will include labor to remove the existing unit and installation of a
new air handler. Correctional Facility will retain the old air handler and dispose as appropriate. It will be a requirement of this RFQ for all bidders to make a site visit before bidding.
One (1) each McQuay Model CAH017 Stacked Indoor Air Handling Unit,
or equivalent.
