Air Force (AF) Readiness Analysis and Decision Support
Air Force District of Washington, SAF Enterprise Support Division (AFDW/PKS) will be hosting a Teleconference Industry Day from 7 May 2019 at 9:00 AM ET to 8 May 2019 at 4:00pm for Air Force Readiness Analysis and Decision Support (AFPRAS) follow-on contract.
This Industry Day will be conducted as a one-on-one telecom for 25 minutes. This meeting not will not take place in person.
The firm should be ready to address how they can meet the requirment in accordance with the attach PWS, more specifically Task 7. This briefing should include the company capabailities and any current efforts that are in relation to the requirment. Offerors should provide a four (4) slide, Powerpoint that states their capabilities and how they can meet the requirement. All slides must be sent to the contracting office by 5 May 2019 at 4:00pm. RSVP of time slots are also due to at that time. However, there will only be 26 slots and slots will be alloted on a first come first serve basis. When given a confirmation of registry the offeror will also be given a time and provided a line for the meeting.
During this time the contractor will be allowed to ask the Government questions regarding the requirement and may be asked questions from the Government that assist in the development of the requirement.
This Industry Day is strictly for planning purpose and in NO WAY obligates the Government to release a Request for Proposal or award a subsequent contract. Any funds expended in response to this special notice is at the expense of any potential offeror and is not the responsibility of the Government.
The current effort (FA4890-12-D-0019-2081) is valued at $13.27mil and awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc.
The Government encourages questions in advance, this allows the Government time to prepare and ensure as many questions are answered as possible.
