Air Conditioning and Heating Renovations
Construct shed-type enclosures at each of five apartment buildings to house twenty new split system air-conditioning systems. Cut through concrete walls as necessary to facilitate installation of sheet metal ductwork distributed through the rooms of each apartment. Enclose ductwork in sheetrock furr-down and lay-in ceilings. Paint exterior of buildings including new mechanical sheds. Repair and paint exterior trim. Install gutters and downspouts where shown. Replace kitchen counters and cabinetry in all twenty apartment units. Replace bathroom counter & cabinetry at eight apartment units.
