Title: One Year Agilent ADS/IC-CAP Software Subscription to include updates/maintenance.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a follow-on, one year Agilent ADS/IC-CAP Software Subscription to include updates/maintenance commercial product in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $35.5 million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number is
HQ0727-14-Q-L006. The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to Agilent Technologies. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The objective of this requirement is a logical follow-on to purchase a one year software subscription for Agilent ADS/IC-CAP to include updates/maintenance IAW SOW 14-4E7 and Appendix A dated 7 Apr 2014, Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, 1 EA, Agilent Software Supscription updates/maintenance IAW SOW 14-4E7 and Appendix A dated 7 Apr 2014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72.
