The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is issuing this Request For Responses (RFR) to reprocure the services of a single, qualified contractor to continue and expand the oepration of the Insurance Partnership. The selected Contractor's primary responsibilities will be to ensure the success of this program by effectively marketing and advertising to employers, encouraging employee and employer participation, administering timely payments of Premium Assistance and employees, and responding to inquiries from stakeholders. The current contract terminates on September 27, 2007.
