Agenda Management Software
The Cameron County, Texas is accepting proposals to purchase software for an agenda preparation and management system.
The software will be required to assist in the preparation of all Commissioners Court meeting agenda packets, which are developed several times each month. We are also interested in the possibility of having a package that assists us in the creation of meeting minutes, vote tracking and records management.
It is the intent of the Cameron County to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the selected vendor who is committed to providing solutions to meet all current and future requirements for the Countys Agenda Management Software System. Our County is growing in size and technical expectations, and we require that the successful vendor invest into their product line to ensure functionality, productivity, and technical efficiency of current and future versions. The successful vendor will work closely with designated County personnel to deliver, install, implement, train, warranty, and support a total package.
