The USAF is ********** for an award for a project Airfield Mill and located at Manu Dayak ********* Agadez, Niger. The proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price ********* The type of will be a Request for Proposal (RFP). The general scope of work will include milling the top coat, repairing cracks in the binder layer and re-paving the top coat with 2 inches of asphalt. The contractor will be required to provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to re-pave the runway IAW the attached SOW. The contractor shall cold mill the runway, turnarounds (2 ea), taxiway and parking apron to a depth of 2" (50 mm) per the Technical Specifications in Section 2.2. Contractor shall provide a 2" (50 mm) asphalt overlay of the milled surface per the Technical Specifications in Section 2.3 and 2.4.
