Aftercare to Serve Children Transitioning
The County invites proposals from qualified individuals and/or agencies to provide aftercare services for the period of June 1, 2013 to December 31, 2017. The Request for Proposal provides pre-discharge and post discharge services and focuses on two major service populations:
(1) to children transitioning from Family Foster Care (FFC), or
(2) to children transitioning from Family Foster Care and Article X Court Directed Custody (Article X)
