The County invites proposals from qualified individuals and/or agencies to provide aftercare services for the period of June 1, 2013 to December 31, 2017. The Request for Proposal provides pre‐discharge and post discharge services and focuses on two major service populations:
(1) to children transitioning from Family Foster Care (FFC), or
(2) to children transitioning from Family Foster Care and Article X Court Directed Custody (Article X)
