The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified Offeror's with experience in higher education, and through competitive negotiations establish an exclusive contract to provide After Hours "Help Desk" Technical Support to Old Dominion University, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia and hereinafter referred to as the "University", and its Office of Computing and Communications Services.
