African-American Cultural And Heritage Facility

The rehabilitated historic house will become a Visitors Bureau which will serve as the flagship for the African American Cultural Heritage District. The new construction will house two non-profit agencies. It includes a 4,817 square foot garage partially below grade. The project includes reception areas, offices, a dance practice room, conference room, toilet rooms, and auxiliary spaces.
