The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) announces funding availability totaling $8,825,000 including Tax Increment Financing (TIF), and Federal funds for affordable housing development and preservation in the amounts and to support the development activities detailed in the table below. With this NOFA, the PHB seeks to advance its core values of:
