Affordable Housing Program
This RFP invites proposals to develop Affordable Rental Housing units in the City of London and
County of Middlesex. The exact number of units funded will depend on the submissions received and
level of funding required to meet program objectives. Through this RFP, the City may make available to
Successful Proponents a range of federal, provincial and municipal financial assistance to facilitate the
development of Affordable Rental Housing. This RFP is for proponents who will be bringing forward
their own development sites
