Affordable Housing Consulting Services
The Town is soliciting competitive, sealed proposals from consultants with previous experience in developing and managing Housing and Urban Development (HUD) compliant programs, administering grants, and reporting on a variety of services related to affordable housing. For certain activities, the consultant may be required to be HUD certified, or equivalent as determined by the Authority.
