Michael Baker Jr., Inc. (Baker) is requesting proposals from qualified service providers to support to the I-376 Parkway West Traffic Study. The data for this study will be collected through aerial time-lapse photography and will be used to identify freeway traffic density/LOS, mainline queuing, ramp queuing, origin-destination information, and other documentation of traffic bottlenecks.
The project is located southwest of Pittsburgh, PA on I-376 (Parkway West) from I-79 to the Fort Pitt Tunnels. Specific details are contained in the full scope of work.
