Quotes are being solicited by the Forest Service for an Aerial Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ). This requirement is being solicited as a firm-fixed price, performance-based, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity, using the procedures of FAR Part 12 for commercial items and FAR Part 13.5 Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Forest Service anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. Performance period will be one base year, and at the Government's option, four (4) additional option years. Proposals are due at 1:00 p.m. MST, November 7, 2017.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to complete aerial survey/inventory/monitoring of invasive plant species infestations, application of biological control agents or herbicides to invasive plant infestations or to provide rehabilitation/restoration services by applying soil amendments (e.g. fertilizer), mulch, and/or seed to the Salmon-Challis National Forest (SCNF).


The solicitation will be available no later than October 5, 2017, and may be downloaded from this site at that time. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Vendors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsible sources may submit a response to this announcement which will be considered by this agency.
