Aerial Gunnery-Electronic Attack Flight Training
The contractor shall provide non-personnel services to include all management, personnel, aircraft, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform Aerial Gunnery and Electronic Attack Flight Training in support of the 48th Fighter Wing (48 FW) within the UnitedKingdom (UK). The dates, times, and locations for the required services may fluctuate depending on changes in the mission and available resources.
Only electronic proposals will be accepted in response to this solicitation. Offerors are instructed to use the Army's Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE), located at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe to submit their proposals. Proposals shall only be emailed directly to 48CONS.PKB.TargetBannerTow@us.af.mil if AMRDEC is non-operational. Proposals are due 2:00 PM GMT (9:00 AM EST) on Wednesday, 24 July 2019.
