Aerial Cloud Seeding Services
Aerial Cloud Seeding Services for River Project. Contract services shall be for three (3) winter seasons, i.e. start approximately November 11, 2011 and conclude approximately June 30, 2014. Services to include assessing weather conditions and flying over the River Project watershed during winter storms, releasing silver iodide into precipitating clouds to enahance snowpack water supply for the River Project. Contract shall be for three winter seasons.
