Citrus County - Board of County Commissioners 3600 West Sovereign Path, Suite 266 Lecanto, FL. 34461 Invitation to Bid Aeration Basin Cleaning Services ITB-044-0-2010/WLC Scope of Work: Citrus County Board of County Commissioners invites interested parties to submit a Bid to provide a Bid to perform aeration basin cleaning services to remove the accumulation of large amounts of sand and grit from the aerators at the following County locations:Sugarmill Woods Wastewater Treatment Plant5040 W. Oak Park Blvd. (CR 480)Homosassa, Florida 34448Canterbury Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant3280 N. Sherlock PointHernando, Florida 34442Minimum Requirements For Submitting A Bid Bidder must have at least five (5) years of business experience performing the Services outlined in this Invitation to Bid. Bidder must visit the project sites and provide verification of such with their Bid. Bidder must, at time of submitting their Bid, be legally qualified and licensed to perform the Services in the State of Florida and must submit a copy of their licenses and certifications with their Bid to verify such. Bidders must submit with their bid documents that attest to their qualifications. See "Bidders Qualification Statement" Section of this Invitation to bid. Bidder must have, or be able to obtain after award, pollution liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Bidder must be able to perform all Services covered under this Invitation to Bid.
