Advisory Consultant Services for PeopleSoft Enterprise Expansion Project
The objective of this RFP is to identify and select a qualified Vendor to provide Project Consulting Services to
augment the State’s resources throughout the duration of the Project. The selected Contractor will report to the
State’s Executive Sponsor and will work closely with the State’s Project Manager and Implementation Partner
(IP) to ensure the State’s goals and long term interests are met. The Project Consultant will be accountable to
the State’s Executive Sponsor. The Project Consultant’s PeopleSoft expertise will be critical in assisting the
State with overall system design and configuration decisions in order to adhere to Oracle / PeopleSoft best
practices. The State has issued an RFP entitled, “Implementation Partner, PeopleSoft Enterprise Expansion
Project: Stage 1,” on August 3, 2010.
